1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us and, where applicable, the required advance payment is processed.

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices listed for various tours, hotel stays, and transport services are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will remain locked. Payments must be made through the approved channels mentioned on our platform.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 3 to 7 days will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service start time.

4. User Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) for check-ins at hotels or monuments. The company is not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best experience, the company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen political circumstances. We recommend all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Code of Conduct

We respect the cultural and religious sentiments of Varanasi. Travelers are expected to follow local customs and maintain decorum, especially at the Ghats and inside temple premises.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
